But this is definitely the one that you have to have if you are going to be fully accepted in any evangelical worshipping community, at least in Mexico, and I assume in the rest of Latin America as well.
No problem really, since it is a fine translation, although not of a critical Greek text, and it is generally understandable, like the King James in English, for those who have grown up with it or at least are native speakers of Spanish and willing to look up a few words that they won't hear in other contexts. For those who are learning Spanish as a second language, there are better choices out there, but, sadly, these are precisely the people who will depend upon carrying the RV 1960 as a badge of their membership and a guarantee that they are reading "La Palabra Dios" and not some false pretender.
